About Us
JLB's Yonah Goldens is owned and operated by Jim and Jackie Barnaby. We are a small dog breeder of English Cream Golden Retrievers located in Cleveland, Georgia. Yonah Goldens breeds high-quality puppies. My wife and I love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. Our dogs are our passion, and can't imagine spending our lives without them. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets, and we love to raise puppies and prepare them for their forever homes. Our barn is climate control with TV and washroom. We live on 40 acres in the beautiful North Georgia mountains with plenty of room for our dogs to run and swim. Our dogs are our family and everyone that knows us have seen the level of care and love we put into our dogs.

We haven't had one accident, and he seems to understand he needs to go outside. He will even go to the door on his own when he wants to go outside. We went to the vet today and he was so good. He is very confident.
First, we would like to say an enormous thank you to Jim and Jackie Barnaby. Our girl Knox began her life with the Barnaby's surrounded with love and attention to her every need. The puppies at JLB's Yonah Goldens are given the greatest care by both Jim and Jackie as well as grandmothers, children, and grandchildren. When we arrived to pick Knox up we toured their facility; we were very impressed by how extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained it was. The upstairs birthing rooms are equally as impressive. Knox has been with us for 1 1/2 years and she still remembers Jim and Jackie and the love they gave her. We've taken her back for visits and she jumps out of the car and rushes to the door to get inside the house to see them. The Barnaby's are truly exceptional people, we highly recommend them. You will never find a better place for your puppy to begin its life.

What is an English Cream Golden Retriever?
The English cream golden retriever is a medium-sized retriever dog native to Scotland. English cream golden retrievers aren’t a separate breed of retriever, but a name for a specific coat color. These dogs are also known by other names, including platinum retriever, rare white European retriever, white retriever, and white golden retriever.
These retrievers are between 23 and 25 inches tall and weigh anywhere between 55 and 75 pounds. Dogs of this breed are athletic, well-built, and energetic. These dogs are used for hunting and working in the field.
These dogs are a great addition to an active family living in a house with access to a large outdoor space. The dogs are kind, playful, loyal, and protective.
Dogs do speak, but only to those who know how to listen.
